ABOUT ME

I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor BSc (Hons) and Clinical Hypnotherapist (Dip) with experience in private practice, Occupational Health, the charity sector and Higher Education including Lead Practitioner at Kingston University and Senior Counsellor at The University of Cambridge Counselling Service.

In addition to my core qualifications I have training in creative therapies, working therapeutically with adolescents, gender diversity and sexuality, psychosynthesis fundamentals, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, substance misuse, coaching, and therapeutic storytelling. I also have voluntary experience within Further Education and Pace Health, Islington, with a particular interest in working with issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community.

I hold UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registration status, Individual membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP),  and membership of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).
